Drawing account info from another PHP program

Hello. I know little about PHP and MySQL. Is it possible to draw account information from SMF (Simple Machines Forum) and share it with iPassword protection?

And is there way you can accept PayPal payments?

iPassword protection is a cgi script. We are releasing iPassword pro as a module for our Follow up autoresponder PRO in php/mysql version. With free shopping cart and integrated autoresponder.
So you may see different features in coming version though.
