I want to password protect a complete website or independent web pages

Which comes first, the website or iPassword?
Reason, will it work on a flash web or does it have to be regular web pages?
I have two website set up and would like for you to look at them and tell me if flash will work.

Possible as long as file(s) are in a folder. You cannot protect 'public_html' folder as you need to install script under cgi-bin. Protecting public_html also stops you accessing cgi-bin.
